Refusing visa’s in circumstances when they should clearly be issued.
Having received, from members of my community, several complaints that there is not enough appeal time and then having experienced the issue myself a complaint was issued to Wendy Foy of the UKBA. (to view the Complaint click here).
Wendy Foy responded to the complaint explaining that appeal rights of 28 days was from the date the decision notice is served. The complaint was not upheld. (view the Response).
I resumed the complaint at the Executive level who having considered my complaint also dismissed it. (view the Response here).
This matter is now for the attention of the Ombudsman. (view the Complaint here). Keep watching for updates.
